#hellomynameis Kerri Magnus.
I am an Advanced Level Nurse Practitioner working in Primary and Urgent Care. I am Lead ACP for Avon LMC and Lead ACP for BNSSG Training Hub. I founded The ACP Forum 5 years ago to enable ACPs across the region to develop as a supported, passionate and energised workforce that could lead change, add value to person centred care and build professional collaborations. I wanted to create a community of active ACPs in Primary Care, providing a safe place for peer support and a platform where ACPs are enabled to learn, develop and think differently through the sharing of ideas, experience, best practice and teaching. I am currently undertaking the my PGCert in Teaching and Learning for Heath Professionals at University of Bristol.
